Creative MediaSource for MuVo MP3 Player

Hey, I bought a brand new Creative MuVo TX FM 256MB MP3 player (works great btw, recommended for the price), and its working fine, but the MediaSource program it comes with is not working so great. I installed all the drivers, programs off the disk that came with it, and it said all went well during the installation. But when I try to launch the MediaSource program it tells me that my Music Library is corrupt, and that I need to update Microsoft Jet Engine. I went to microsoft.com and downloaded the latest version, but it told me im already up to date. I also tried updating the MediaSource program from creative.com, still no go. Anyone had this problem? Are there other programs I can use to organize, edit, customize my mp3's before I put them on the player?

I use winamp to listen to music but it doesnt have any of the nice features that MediaSource had to edit the mp3's and make them more efficient for an mp3 player.

Many Thanks!

System Specs

make them more "efficient" for an MP3 player? there is no way to do that without reducing the bitrate (reducing quality)
you don't need it
