Sound problem with TeamSpeak

I have been having problems with sound on Team speak. Whenever I launch TS first and then Far Cry, I get cracking sound. But if I launch Far Cry first and then TS, I dont have this problem. The cracking sound gets worst with explosions and it slows the game up as well.
On top of that, now I am having problems with CS: Source with TS. When I load CS everything is fine until I join a server. Once I join a server, anyone speaks on TS, the sounds break up so badly I cant make out what anyone is saying on TS but the moment I leave the server, everything is fine again.
I have update all the drivers for my Audigy 2 ZS. Does anyone know why its happening and more important how to fix it?

I hate that problem, I got it with Halo. I think its just balancing issues with CPU loads as well as internet loads. I never really fixed mine either, it seemed totally random and I thought it was my soundcard going, but I guess not. One thing it may be is there is too much bandwidth trying to be used, manually decrease to see if it works.
