Install Audigy4 drivers on your SB Live!/Audigy/Audigy 2/Audigy2 ZS

hi all.
i wonder do you get hihger performance with those new drivers?
because performance of my live when i use modded drivers from audigy 2 is dramatically low. when i turn on eax in ut04 i have 15% lower performance

so maybe with does new drivers it will be better?

Hi!

I'm wondering, if the 'gamers'-edit still has the sound improve of the 1.1 pax drivers? or do i have to chose the 'music'-edit, to get the same, wonderful sound with the pax 1.1 drivers?

i'm questioning what i should chose, since i'm also gaming and also like to have the improved sound?

SBlive and Audigy/Audigy2/Audigy2 ZS series software app pack are also will be released unless some mod experts who have warm hearts would share their efforts to you guys before us.

I think you will like Game Edit if you would like do both things(listen to music and play games). because of game edit's sound is modded to get improvement for music. Sound from satellite speakers is seperated more. You are much easier to locate the position of the sound, even if stereo sound.

no the installer will create a new directory for you.

das Installier Program wird ein neuen Ordner fuer dich erstellen, eben Progams

hatte ich auch fruer... jetz aber alles english!

Question, am downloading the new years 1.2 now

I have a plain audigy 2, and i installed the 3.69g drivers and the A2-ZS-PAX software pack. I like what this has done for my plain audigy 2. My question is with the new driver, will i lose anything? And will it still be identified as a audigy 2 zs? Also, will i have to wait for a sep software pack?

now i test this drivers and then i tell you if all the 8 speakers works.

you don't loose anything! but you will get even better sound than the 3.69g!!!

aber bei dir hat es keinen ordner Programs erstellt, es installierte sich automatisch in C:\Programme\Creative\Creative Audio Console

Naja ich schau nun mal mit den neuen 1.2 Treibern. Bin so glücklich dass die endlich zum saugen da sind

EDIT: all works perfectly!!!! and there is perfectly to select 7.1 speakers! and the sound quality.... unbelievable!!!

everything works fine with the new drivers, i unistalled the 3.69g, but left the software pack for now. I guess i didnt have to do that, but i cant understand the new control panel it sticks in the windows cp

I installed these too. Work fine. Cant tell if any sound difference might be placebo effect but sounds great as always and games run fine.

One thing what is bad is this new option in Control Panel "Audio Console"
Because there are many "?" in words

And I can't understand what is writted there...
I have Windows 2000 Professional SP4 PL (Polish version)
Ofcourse I chose English Language in installation

I have found problem. Other language is presented on your Audio Control Panel. It is not a big problem.

I installed the Audigy2Zs drivers on my Audigy2 card. If I install those drivers, am I going to be able to use all the Audigy2 software or am I going to get the "There's no device" error?

i have the same problem on audigy 2 zs usa version,also when i tried to uninstall drivers because i thought maybe i did something wrong,the control panel entry would not go away.i searched for a related .cpl file with no results.also where do i get the audigy 2 zs pack everybody is talking about.i will pm you my email if you can send files to fix like on previous message.i am running xp home sp2 english version.thx

you don't need to reinstall this set of drivers. I just send you some files, and you copy them to c:\windows\system32. that's ok.
