I can't figure out why I dont have surround sound (5.1) in games like Medal of honor, HL2, NFSU2, Flatout and other games that support it.

I do have it in movies.

some games force you to enable EAX to use hardware surround sound, otherwise see if there is an HRTF option

Ok, like for lets say Medal of honor, I can choose hardware 3D sound and EAX, EAX-1,2,3 and miles fast 2D audio, wich of those should I select if I want 5.1??

And in flatout there is a chioce of 5.1 and then the sample rate I think from 22khz to 48 I'm not sure though.

Btw dj, the thing wrong with the speakers was the cable layout that goes in the computer, the orange was swappred with the black one and now it works.

Its an Onboard Audio chipset from Realtek, (ACL 650) AC 97.
