I have SB Audigy 2 ZS OEM with all newest drivers from creative auto update. Is there possible to modify "Bass Redirection" option in "Speaker Settings" -> "Bass Menagement" that bass for front speakers wont be cutted when its enabled ? I have big speakers with good base and I don't want to waste it because driver is cutting off this base for them...(when I disable bass redirection my front speakers have good not cutted basse but subwoofer is not working at all - signal on analog sub out is disabled !)
Is there some patch/mod/hack to modify drivers that it will not disable subwoofer output when I disable "bass redirection" ??? (I can use external low-pass active filter in subwoofer amplifer to cut higher frequencies but I must have signal on analog sub out to do that !). Or maybe some mod that make bass redirection works only for subwoofer but dont cut base for front speakers ? Please help ! I've posted this problem on many forums and nobody can help me... Sorry for my english. |

i don't think this is possible with the current drivers. You either have the sub and the satellites lose their bass, or you have no sub, and the satellites with full bass.

There is no some patch/mod/hack of orginal drivers ???
![]() I think settings for Bass Redirection is located in: C:\install dir\SBAudigy2ZS\Speaker Settings\ There is 3 files: BMgt.crl (12 KB) BMgtKS.spc (52 KB) BMgtUda.spc (56 KB) BMgt = Bass Menagement ? Maybe this files can be edited ? Maybe they including settings that I want ? I can send it by email to person who want to help ![]() I will be very thankfull for mod to this drivers for me ! |
