Help Iekernal.exe won't won't let me install EQ and others?

I'm having troubles installing Eax consle and EQ another stuff is there way fix that? I just formated that way computer be ready for new ram I'm getting

Go to the Creative site, and under customer support go under "Knowledge Base". Now do a search /w "ikernal" that shoould help you fix the problem.
