Polyphony voices?

what are they? i see that the audigy 2 ZS only offers 64, while the 24bit sb live offers 1024. also the audigy es and the audigy 2 value offer 1024. but the 5.1 sblive offers 64.

so does more mean better, or isn't there a real difference?

the audigy 2 zs has a maximum of 1024 voices jsut like the rest, i think you mean directsound voices, where the live! series only has 32…
