Default Post MediaSource Go Launcher Problems.

People who are having problems with the MediaSource Go Launcher are requested to supply the following information so that this issue can be investigated further.

1. Operating system and language. (e.g. Windows XP, UK English)

2. When you click on the icon, does the icon show any activity? Does it look like it is being pressed and then popping up when you release the mouse button.

3. Does a shadow appear over each icon as you move the mouse cursor over it.

4. Do some icons work in MediaSource Go, while others do not?

5. Are all of the icons inactive in MediaSource Go.

6. Do you receive any error message when you click on the icons in MediaSource Go.

7. If so, please list the message.

Please send reponses to me by private e-mail using a legitimate e-mail address so that you may be contacted for further information if necessary.
