youp PAX Ultra VI and creatives software package ?

Hello everybody,
My SB0080 was A FAKE card.Returned it back to the guy and bought a Live 5.1 DE from an authorised dealer.
Anyways,have downloaded the Ultra VI driver but my being on 64K ISDN doesnt permit me to download the NEW Year package.
So can i work with the ssofteare package provided by creative on the cd ?
