ACPI Lockup with Audigy2 (Notebook)

When I inserted the PCMCIA card into the slot...the laptop locked up hard. When I press the power button, I get a blue screen that says IRQ Less or Not Equal ~ Reason is ACPI. I could NOT boot; Not even in safe mode. When I press the power button, I got that same Blue Screen. I even tried booting with the WXP Install Disk. I have latest drivers for my O2 PCMCIA Controller. Creative has no issues on any other laptop that produces a similar result.

Has anyone ever seen this issue before?
