Please help with Audigy LS spdif i/o connecters.

I have an optical in out bracket on my pc showing 6 cables (3 on each optical connector) with pin assignments 1=spdif in 4=gnd
2=gnd 5=vcc
3=vcc 6=spdif out

on the audigy LS I have 10 pin connecter does anyone know how I should or can connect the spdif bracket to the sound card??
