Audigy 2 Value 10 pin header
Does anyone know the pin assignments for this header. I can find lots of info on Audigy 2 by searching this site but not for the value SB0400 card.

Yes that is the one. Allegedly there is a reference somewhere but I cannot find it. I can find a lot of others but not that one.

Thank you ...found it.
But it has now got me thinking. The outputs on the back of the card are labelled 1, 2, 3; 2, 3 are triples giving 6 output lines and 1 is a double but 1 is capable of driving a 32Ohm load (Creative clearly identifies that). in kX 1 is interchanged. Seems to mean that better 5.1 would be obtained by using the two triples and leaving the double output for headphone only. |

yes thats possible.
the headphone out from J1 mirrors what is going out the front input, instead of the headphone channel, so if you want a seperate headphone channel, you're method would be the way to go. using 2 "Camcorder cables" with a 4pole jack on one end and 3 RCA plugs on the other is the way to go
