sb live midi pins

Hey, is there a MIDI pinout somewhere on the SB Live?
I'd like to use a joystick (in the joystick port) at my studio, for those late-night working (nfs ug 2) sessions.... but can't be damned to swap between the midi dongle and the joystick stuff. so might as well make a front panel for the midi i/f... might be more useful too.
Didn't Live Drives use an internal connector?

No, I DON'T want to make a midi pass-through >_<

What I have is an SB Live Value.

System Specs

you'll have to use the gameport - there is no internal midi pins on the Value card
it uses a different header to the rest of the Live! series

buy a pass-through connector

USB - Midi adaptors add additional latency that is probably not desired
