logitech Z-5300 or Z-5300e?

i took someones advice and have been lookin at these speakers, but it seems to me tyhere is 2 sets

Z-5300 wich is part# 970102-0403 I found it for 95$ and the specs seems exactly the same as 5300e

Z-5300e part # 970102-1403 seems exactly the same as other version

what is the difference between these 2 speaker sets? i did product searches on the 2 different models numbers and they seem to be different models. I found the 5300 (without e) for 95$ on 1 website, all rest have same price as 5300e's even though they are the 0403 model# version

If i can get these for 95$ rather than 150$ id sure like to, so if anyone can tell me if there is a difference in these 2 models please tell me.

The Z5300e version is same version as the previous Z5300 just newer look as far as I been told. Not sure if logitech had change the driver in speakers...

So don't count me on that...

Just installed a Z-5300e and really like them. The "e" denotes the all black set and the Z-5300 is an all grey version. The speaker systems are identical otherwise.

it's just preference. I got a really good deal on the non e's so i chose them. If you like the black, then go for it. They're both the same and both extremely good...since they're the same :P
