Strange CSS Audio Problems

Hi, I just upgraded to the NEW YEAR PACKAGE by YouP, and I'am getting strange sound in CSS. It's kinda hard to explain, but it almost sounds like a rubberband(long and quick sounds, where there shouldnt be). Futhermore the sound sometimes is muffled. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled windows and these drivers twice. Btw I have a Audigy2ZS.
