Need help with Audio Codec

Yo, I'm the candyman, and would like some help with the below problem:

My buddy was helping me with fixing/tweaking my computer because i dont have to time to learn how to be a leet tweaker. Anyways, we did alot of tweaks, and i finally decided to do Windows Update. And, i have noticed this before just didn't care to mention, when i go to install the "NVIDIA nForce Audio Codec Interface" update it has.. It will download, and then when it goes to try and install it.. It says "failed". Now even tho the upates in Windows Update arn't the latest, it got me thinking why it failed everytime. So i decided to go to the nvidia site and download the lastest audio drivers they have. I download the 4.57 found here, http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_audio_4.57_win2kxp , And when I extract then open the folder, i get alot of .dll, .inf etc. files like this
and i notice there isnt any "install.exe" or anything of the sort. However there are two "Uninstall Utilities" and when i try and use
them i get this , as you see there is a command called "InstallDriver"...
So i guess the simple question is, How do I install this driver i download?...

I tried to be the least amount of a noob i could be. Thank you for your help.

Candy

System Specs

use the device manager to update the drivers for the nforce APU, and direct the installer to that folder you have unzipped it to
