conflict with Audigy 2 ZS and Winfast DV2000

I have a problem with a Audigy 2 zs and a Winfast dv2000 working together... I have no real conflict in Device Manager but when i start WinfastPVR I get 2seconds of image after it freezes.
The Tv-tuner worked just fine with onboard sound.. I tried original drivers and KS drivers for audigy2zs, another PCI slot for audigy, DSCaler insted of WinfastPVR, older drivers for winfast and i got the same results.
I have Windows 2000 SP4. Should i try install new OS? like WinXP sp2?
What else was left to do?
Please help

sounds like the TV tuner software cannot handle not being in control of the sound hardware
