Cannot shutdown computer after NewYear 2005 install

I have NewYear 2005 Package and they sound great and I have 24\96 recording. As I said in previous postings, great job. However, since installing these drivers I have not had the need to turn off my computer and when I tried to yesterday, I could not. My system would not shut down, would not restart (even with ctrl, alt,del) and would not turn off when the power button was pressed

. The only way I could get my system to reboot was to press the reset button or turn off the power. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem. Before I installed these drivers there was no problem.

Actually, it will eventually shut down (after 2-3 minutes) but this still does not seem normal. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue.

Did you run dh drivercleaner?

Ya, I did that before I installed the PAX drivers.
