Newbie, what SB Live drivers?

I've bought a second hand old SB Live (4 speakers) and I've been reading this forum searching for some info to see what driver should I install. But the threads are quite long. Moreover, it's the first time I see this world of unofficial drivers for creative cards [img]images/smilies/big%20grin.gif[/img], and I'm completely lost

If someone could tell me what drivers should I install or what are the options... I'll use the computer for gaming and I only want to install the drivers and the minimun software to run/configure the card. And I prefer an stable driver than some "experimental" version.
