Looking for 5.1 USB Headset with Microphone

Looking for everyone's feedback for someone who plays cs:source and Movies on my computer. Doesn't need to be true 5.1 sound with the 4 or 5 speakers in each ear but needs to be of great quality. I am looking for Primary USB headset with microphone and possibly with the option to hook up to a sound card rather than feeding off of the CPU. Links and feedback would be greatly appreciated. ((Nothing over 100 dollars please.))

Those are not 5.1 true sound headphones. I did find one and a friend of mine recommended them. I am going to give them a try, hopefully I will have them tomorrow and will do some performance tests on them.

I will let you know how it goes.
