Best ASIO DJ like software for a novice?

Hi there

I am the proud owner of a Terratec Phase 24 FW. I am quite a novice in the audio field but I understand that the ASIO driver makes it possible to have two seperate lines. One for the live signal and another one for fx earphones for playback.

With the product came Traktor DJ but it is not suitable for my needs and it is to advanced. Can anyone recommend a sw player that would meet my needs (cost is not an nessesary an issue):

easy to use (I/assistance use music when I help clients solve business issues)
able to make different playlists
able to move tracks up and down in the playlist
able to play all the tracks from the playlist (like winamp and itunes)
auto fade between two tracks
can handle at least MP3 and AAC file format

I kind of like Winamp but cannot find any suitable plugin for it. iTunes is OK as well but I think I need a sw solution with a little more pro touch.

Please give me your best shot of a great sw program.
