exclamation SB Live 5.1 DE problem
Hello DH people (when i said DH i dont mean as in Dick Heads but fellow members of Driver heaven lol!) i have a PCI Soundblaster Live! 24bit 5.1 DE and iam useing 5.1 Digital speakers and iam useing the offical drivers off my CD

most games lose sound with 5.1 Selected in Mixer (in creative AudioHQ) but work fine in 4.1 why is this happening ?

help me !

lol i allreaddy did and it said it was for XP x64 not x32 !!! DOHH!!!

whats the latest version for my card? please give URL for downlaod

btw. my currant working driver version is 5.12.2.252 is there any later then this ?

update to the latest possible drivers from the CL website and then test

also make sure that the windows sounds control panel is set to 5.1, aswell as the CL mixer application

lol doh! i just realised something! its not the drivers at all its the games for ex. in driv3r i read the read me and it said there are imcompatibilites with 5.1 speaker setup selected so yea...................and allso other games that have issuse with 5.1 document it in their readme`s so i dont think ill fiddle around with the drivers because they are operating fine! when i go into a game that doesnt like 5.1 ill set my mixer to 4.1 which is fine by me!
