Not sure if it will help to fix your problem, but you can check out these 2 thread about installing Audigy 2 ZS and Audigy 4 drivers:
Modified Audigy 4 Pro ISO is out! Download is now available Guide: How to install SoundBlaster Audigy 2ZS drivers on Live!/Audigy/Audigy 2 Before you try any of those though, do make sure that you have a 'True' Sound Blaster card. By that I mean if you have one of the ones that came from Dell these drivers will not work with it. The reason is that the cards from them are software driven, not true hardware driven SB cards. If you do have one from them then I would suggest purchasing a new card. Plus, you can try this little fix out (very basic, and may not help though). Make a text file (call it whatever you want), and dump this into it: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Creative Tech\Emu10kx\DriverSettings\Wave\Pin#00000002] "Turbo"=dword:00000000 Make sure you hit 'Enter' so that there is a new line after the last one above, then save it, and merge it. If you want to undo this just change the dword value from 00000000 to 00000001 which is the default. Hope that helps you out. -Tip |

those drivers will most likely NOT work on your card, as the live! 24bit is not a true Live! as it does not have the 10k1 chip
