Audigy LS driver cd...

Hey guys.

As the title suggest, i'm looking for an Audigy LS driver cd iso...

A friend gave me the soundcard by itself, and I need a few of the utilities from the cd (such as MediaSource, and EAX Console.) I managed to find an iso on Overnet..however it's not downloadable at present...can anyone help me out please?

Uh, anyone...please?

Even if anyone just knows how to install the applications seperately, because i've got a few different driver cd's for the Audigy 4 and 2, found from some of the stickied threads...I just can't install the applications because it wants to install them along with the driver, which I can't actually install of course...

And trying to install the apps manually from the iso just gives me a -6003 error code...

I can't play games with hardware sound on because I can't configure my sorround settings...just need the apps like Sorround Mixer or EAX Console. (I've an earlier version of sorround mixer installed, but it just refuses to load and gives the error : "CTDevcon.dll has produced an error, Sorround Mixer will now exit")

A search using eMule came up with a driver cd image for LS dated 9/12/2004 that is very much downloadable, but if I'm not mistaken, this client uses the Overnet network. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "not downloadable at present"?

Yeah that's the exact same file I found, however at any given time there's always only 1 person sharing it who has nowhere near the entire file...out of all the people that have come online who are sharing it briefly i've still yet to see the entire files' worth...that and they've got their uploads capped to about 2kb/s :P

I may never end up getting the iso via emule, that's cool...some other people have mentioned using a hacked 'ctcomp.dat' file to allow the utilites from the Audigy 4 modded cd, or numerous other cd's to install on any soundcard. I tried this myself, and while it appears to be correct I couldn't get it to work...so if I could at least just install the apps from another iso that I have, such as the Modded Audigy 4 Pax iso that's stickied at the top, that'd be excellent.

Anyway, thanks for your help, i'll keep trying
