USB audio ASIO driver v2.2.3

Hi everyone,
is there anyone out there who has this driver?
I just picked up an Audigy 2 NX USB soundcard and I have a key for this version of the driver (from Astalavista).
I'm not gonna pay €55,- for the currently available version(v2.5.8).
If I like it and use it I make a donation but I simply refuse to spend that much money on a driver... It's approximately $60,-.
That's way to much for a driver!
Don't you agree?
