Hey everyone i just completed installing the Audigy 4 drivers and stuff long process. But it seems to be working i was just wondering if there is anyway to tell if you have done it correctly and if so what do gain for using the Audigy 4 drivers and so on?
In the Creative Console it says: SB Audigy 4 [D000] In the device manager it says: Audigy X YouP-PAX A4 v1.00 Audio Driver(WDM) Even though when i installed the drivers i used v1.02 Thanks for any help Eric |

Okay, first off if it worked then vin EAX console or in Audio Console your device will be called an Audigy 4. Official beta driver from creative shouldnt mess any software up, except that your card will use a generic Audigy 2 driver instead of modified Audigy 4 one.
