How is this Adapter called?

Ok, to make a long story short, I have my PS2 wired to my PC via S-video cable which has been converted to RGB (I think it's called RGB anyway - those tree wires you always get on a TV - audio left, right and video).

Now S-video does not carry audio in so I need to convert my two RGB audio jacks into one headphone-type jack so I can plug it into my soundcard's Mic input but as you can see, I really don't know much (if anything) about how these are called and am trying to e-bay for them.

Any clues on what those are called? Thanks!

System Specs

If they are Phono sockets, then the typical "jack to 2x phono" lead supplied with many soundcards would be the answer - if that's the case, I would have thought you would have ended up with one.
