Audigy ZS help
Hey, im a noob at sound so i need a bit of help here
![]() I got an Audigy2 ZS,and every now and again, when im playing CSS, the sound will flicker out, and then come back in. Ive checked all connections and everythings connected properly. so, thats problem one. Problem 2 is, The calibration tool doesnt work. When i hit calibrate, no sound comes out when it tells me it should, but when i run a mp3 or any sound, it all comes through. problem 3: what are the best Drivers? im not a musician, im a gamer

Run Performance Utilities and see what it recommends. Maybe you'll have to use the Standard Mode as opposed to the High Performance Mode. Give it a try anyway and see what happens.
The calibration thingy is weird...I dunno do you have headphones selected?? In mine I have the speaker calibration box unchecked. I dunno if that makes a difference or not? For drivers, and I'm a gamer too, I just use the stock drivers from soundblaster.com...they seem fine, but I have never used any other. |
