Why are there no modded drivers for the Audigy 2 Value?

Is the Audigy 2 Value really any different than the Audigy 2 hardware wise? Do any modded drivers support it? Why are drivers so hard to find for it and what is it lacking compared to the full Audigy 2/ZS?

some of the newer modded drivers should work - the a2v just has a newer revision 10k2 than the earlier audigy 2 and zs models

Any idea what the difference in the revision did? I heard the A2V allows bit-perfect digital output where as all other cards besides the Audigy 4 can't. So basically because it uses a newer chip(better,worse?), the regular Audigy 2 drivers cannot function on it? Thanks!
