Using Audigy2 Updates on Audigy and Live!

ok i installed the big huge audigy 2 pack with my sb live value, making sure not to select speaker calibration and the eax thingy.

now i guess i have .283 driver like uwrote in the faq. now before i install those other application updates, where do i get the .381 driver (AUD2DRVLB030425.exe -step 3 in faq)?

The links in the FAQ should work (you should notice that filenames are actually links). If any of them don't work, please tell me.

ok i got everything working

sounds liek a charm.

only thing was that all the link worked except for the step 3 one...the aud2... (.381 driver file). so i jsut copied and pasted into google and dloaded from creative europe website.

well i downloaded the pack.. isntalled. and.. rebooted
no sound.. cant play anything.. SBAUDIGY

and the updated drivers wont find the card even WITH the patch thing

im going to try again

Did you make sure to completely uninstall your old audigy drivers first?

i think so
at least the pc didnt find any drivers on reboot
before i installed the other ones

i managed to install the first set (the cd with the patched file) but coudlnt play a sound at al!! said something about PIN Missing. ???? in WMP

the update patched wouldnt work at all!. wierdness

Hi everyone, sorry for bothering you. I have an Audigy and I have tried to install these damn A2 drivers on it, but somethin's wrong

. I have XP SP1. I downloaded the multilingual A2 driver pack,then patched it using ctcomp, but when I try to launch setup it says:

Setup could not detect any Sound Blaster Audio card on your system.
Please ensure that your Sound Blaster hardware...

and so on. Any ideas ?

P.S I must admit that I haven't read all the 23 pages CAREFFULLY of this thread, I will go nuts if I do, they are too many, but from what I read, I couldn't figure it out.

Yes, I have successfully installed the original then updated A1 drivers. Anyway, my system is borked, so I will install Winblows again then, if it still doesn't work, I'll make an appeal at you kindness again

Want know something funny I have SB0095 with firewire and when I try the new EAX 4 from Nov. It doesn't not work

So I just stick with kx drivers. Does the Audigy 2 drivers would work with that sound card or no? Just want try it out hehe.
