even though it still said audigy 2 on it lol

Why I'm asking I have wait to Tuesday get iso set. lol faster connection at workshop

Well I cannot seem to get anything to install. Looks like someone need to hack or update the ctcomp file.it tried several things and none of them work. Typical CL.

you can use my support.cab to install the applications but its no use since the program exe's do the hardware checks now. (like the mixer did in the audigy 2/4 series)

This X-Fi Install CD was never meant to work on Audigy 1/2 cards since it's an unmodified OEM CD. It was uploaded for those ones that want to mod it to make it work in Audigy1/2 sound cards. Right now, *no one* knows if that might be possible.
