CMedia 9800 - No Line in control?

Does anyone else have this built in sound on their motherboard nad find that they have no line-in control in the volume section?

I can no longer use my TV card, as the only way to adjust the line-in is using the record volume, which overrides all other settings.

In my mixer, most of the sliders in the upper panel are missing.
