In need of installation cd for SB0100 (live 5.1)

Hi, im in dire need of the original installation cd for this card, i have tried to use the modded ISO found here and it almost worked, modded drivers work but the gaming sound is horrible, it has a fake surround at all times (regardless of cmss settings...) and so on... long story short: Every modded driver i have tested produces awfull sound on this card.

I have tried to find an iso or rip of the installation cd but no such luck, i would be really happy if someone has this cd and can upp it
