Sound Configuration Problem

I recently just bought the "Creative Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS" along with the "Logitech Z-5500 5.1 Digital Speakers". I have ensured that all the wires are correctly in place, and I have the latest drivers for both speakers and sound card. Now my problem is I cannot hear certain sound pitches correctly. For instance when I am watching a movie, or playing a game the background effects and music are at the perfect volume, however, low pitch and voices are so low, or being drowned out by the music, I can barely hear them.

Also, I don't know if its part of the problem, or if it may serve as a clue to the problem, but I will list what kind of sounds I get in the following speaker effects in Direct and Stereo Mode

6 Ch Direct: Low pitch sounds are to soft and cannot be heard when music is playing.
Stereo: No audio what-so-ever
Stereo x2: No audio what-so-ever
PLII Movie: Same as 6 Ch Direct.
PLII Music: Same as 6 Ch Direct.

I'm not too knowledgeable on Sound card and Speaker setup, so I don't exactly know what information I should be giveing for help, I'm sure the problem is simple, but if somone could kindly point me in the right direction it would be much obliged. Thanks for reading.

Well, I have tried it under CMSS I and II, as well as Stereo, none of them seem to have any effect on the problem I am having. I also just installed the modded Audigy 4 drivers, and it didnt affect anything either.
