strange bug with XI-FI driver

hi all,

i had installed audigy 4 pro software and youp pax hacked audigy 4driver for my audigy 2.
later i have seen that it is possible to install XI-FI drivers what i tried too. i uniinstalled you pax driver and installed XI-FI driver the first day was ok i had no problems at all.

but today i start my pc again and have some strange bugs:

1- cant access EAX only from Audio console
2- when i go to box settings i have nothing to choose i.e. 4.1/5.1/headset etcc list is empty !!
3- and thats why i cant choose any box to calibrate it
4- with test i have sound on boxes and it is set to 5.1 like my headset supports
5- THX window: i have suddenly so many box versions to chooose from but thats all thx boxes which i dont have of course, yesterday i had also 5.1/4.1 ets but today only special
names :

- creative inspire TD7700
- crative megaworks thx 6.1 650
- creative inspire thx 6600 & 6700
- creative gigaworks s700
- creative megaworks thx 5.1 550
- creative digital megaworks 5700 & 5500

never had this list with pax driver and software

most of the games i play with dont support thx and thats why i have no clue to what boxes software is set cause like i described above the whole list is empty but shows on right side
5.1 boxes - cant change to normal headset to 4.1, 6.1, 7.1 or 2.1 really strange

so seems audigy4pro audio software doesnt work together probably ? btw XI-FI driver set my softmodded audigy 4 back to audigy 2 wmd.

edit: seems that soundcard get connection or settings only from thx console and system of my pc but have better bass now ingames

use driver cleaner to remove ALL aspects of both the x-fi Audigy 4 drivers, then install only ONE of the driver packages. That should help prevent conflicts

i have uninstalled and cleanded the driver before and i will try it again but i wonder what to do with this list ?

- creative inspire TD7700
- crative megaworks thx 6.1 650
- creative inspire thx 6600 & 6700
- creative gigaworks s700
- creative megaworks thx 5.1 550
- creative digital megaworks 5700 & 5500

i didnt had this list with the normal audigy2 or youp pax software, thats totally new for me and never saw it before i only could use 5.1, 6.1 2.1 etc...

so are these new settings just a part of the new XI-FI drivers ?
