Wafflez is on a distinguished road

Another mic problem

been scouring everywhere for an answer, but I can't seem to find a solution, heh.

I installed kx drivers, didn't like the fact i had to resample wav's to 44.1, so i took it off (I ran the 'kxsetup --clean' from the command line.

that worked fine, so i download the driver pack from the creative site installed those drivers, and now i have no mic input, on the mic in back of the pc or the line 2 on the live drive.

Pissed.

heh, anyhow, in the play control there isn't even an option for the line 2 input, which i wouldn't even care about, as long as i could get the line 1 working.

any ideas?

Even CL drivers resample Wavs to 48khz when recording/playing because of internal processing of EMU10kX chips which is FIXED at 16/48.
