[YouP] - Cant install everything correctly

Hey,
i just downloaded the New Year Package. Unpacked it and runned the setup. Everything fine. But when i want to install the drivers,it says,that it couldnt find a Soundblaster card. I got the 0220...or was it 0229? Whatever. Its a SB Live! 5.1 Digital.

Then i tried the YouP-Pax-VIv2.2. Can install the driver,everything fine. But,when i install these software things like AudioHQ i get a DLL Error.
Whats up? Pls help!
