Problem with x-620 6.1

Hello!

I have a surround speaker set called x-620 (Dolby Surround 6.1) from logitech and a Creative Extern Audigy 2 NX Soundcard. And i was trying to get real surround. But the problem is that the rear speakers has no sound no matter what i change on the computer i can´t get it to work. So it is only the front speakers that is working, im not quite sure if the bass works either. And i have tested a movie that support dolby digital surround (Star Wars: Episode 4: A New Hope). The speakers are not faulty because i tested them on my xbox, but only with the stereo outputs, but then i get no real surround because i do not have the equipment to make my xbox use real surround. I do not know the problem, and i would be very happy if someone could help me with this.
