OpenAL in Quake 4 with SBLive Value??

I use SBLive Value (4.1) with lastest driver from Creative (FEB 2003).
But i can't use OpenAL in Quake 4.

i remember that SBLive is support OpenAL and can use in many games(UT2003).

But from what i read on Activision it said

Because of my soundcard not support OpenAL or driver or Quake 4??

i already installed OpenALwEAX.exe (lastest).

OpenAL has nothing to do with EAX at all, i don't know what activision are thinking
