First off, before you all get confused, I'd unfortunately have to tell you that
NEW YEAR-PACK-2006 X-FI for (Audigy2-X-Fi)
IS NOT OUT YET

BUT I want to discuss a bit with you about its realization..

I guess you all love the YOU-PAX NewYear Package 2005 right?
Yea me too! Would like to help classic_leon or whoever developes YOU-PAX??
I want. I found one very very Interesting thing on the you-pax website look here

Somthing wonders me 4 real.. Why does classic_leon not promote this x-fi drivers here in driverheaven?
however he released THIS:

Hi!
As I wrote in your forum, I have an Audigy2-ZS and used the kXproject drivers for alot. Now I have tryed your YouP-PAX drivers 1.02 and I have to say that they seam to be much more better then the old kX ones.

Now I have the "Creative Sound Blaster Audigy Unified Series Beta Driver with OpenAL Support ver. 2.08.0002 (5.12.10.1162)" with the Audigy4_Pro software from your "Audigy4Pro-YpoauxP.iso", plus the A4_Patch & Speaker Calibrator installed separately.

Do I have to wait until the release of the "NEW YEAR-PACK-2006 X-FI for (Audigy2-X-Fi)"???
....or can I use these 2.31 YouP drivers with the Audigy4-Pro modded cd??

Now, Original CD is not a problem. the problem is how to mod the apps that check devices before running...

how about adding kx projekts dsp part to YouP-PAX??
It's open-source..

Eugene is a powerful and standout programmer. And I think all functions have been already available on Creative sound cards with Kx drivers. DTS and patent, etc is the thing we need to consider about when some super programmers and modders want to share their efforts.

But can anyone upload the drivers on another ftp (or something)?
The YouP-Pax is really slow, 3 - 4KB/s is the maximum

So its not good to install the new 2.31 YouP drivers with the Audigy4 YouP modded cd???

Is it better to wait for a neu YouP modded cd????
