Does'nt remember effect presets on reboot

Complete fresh install of Audigy4iso and YouP-Pax Fiv2.31. Everything works and the sound is good. Installed in safemode and followed thread instructions. BTW thanks for those howto threads.

EAX Console edited effects that are saved are missing upon reboot.... Does anyone no how to correct this or where these presets are saved? Or am I the only one having this problem?

If I could live with the presets that are there this would'nt even be a problem.

Xtasy 9600XT 256 w/ Radeon Omega Drivers 2.6.83 (Catalyst 5.11)
XP Pro SP2
P4 2.4GHz w/ 1 GB of Ram
