Audigy 4 NP; No 3-d audio!

Hello people.
Can someone help me solve this!
I cannot get 3-D positional audio in Brothers in Arms Earned in Blood (the only game I've got at the moment) from my Audigy 4 Non-Pro.

The card is an OEM Audigy 4 and came without a drivers CD.
I've dowloaded and tried the following drivers from the Creative Site:

1. SBA2_PCDrvBeta_LB_2_08_0002.exe.
This gives me STEREO sound in Brothers in Arms EiB but no sound when using Zoom Player.

2. SBA4_WTDRV_LB_2_08_0001.exe.
This gives me STEREO sound in Brothers in Arms EiB and perfect sound Zoom Player.

The only console I could find on the creative site was the AudCon_PCApp_LB_1_20_23.exe.

Where can I find the original CD for the retail version of the Audigy 4 NP?
Will those drivers work?

Using the Audio Console, make sure that CMSS is enabled.

If you really want the apps, download the ISO from here,
