Terratec 5.1 Fun: Microphone too quiet

Hello,
I am having troubles with my Terratc 5.1 Fun Soundcard. Everything is working fine, but only the microphone is to quiete.
I can clearly hear everybody (e.g. via TS2 or Skype), but no one me (unless I scream in the mic).

Trust there is a trouble with the driver. Checking settings (everything is on max.) I noticed that the "boost" of microphone can not be activated. Unfortunately the Terratec-Hotline does not give any advise ("Normaly it should work").

Does anybody know an alternate driver? Or how to tune up Microphone manually in a .ini or so?

Thanks for help

Tom
( sorry for my english, coming from Germany )

Welcome to the forums.

Another thing to look for is that the mic boost is enabled,

That is the problem. At Windows, the advanced menue is "grey" (can not chose). Acc to hotline, I should use control panel of Terratec. I can cativate, but has no effect. And when closing, "Boost" is again deactived.

Thanks for your attention
