youp2.31 driver problem

I have been using this driver for my audigy zs 2 sound card for about a month and i just realized a problem. Every/most of the time when i open eax or like thx window. My sounds starts to change. And its just me opening it not like changing the settings. I have another problem, when i play counter-strike i can't hear sounds behind me. I'm using logitech z-5500 and there hooked up correctly. I was wonderin how to fix it, do i have to adjust something on the soundcard or the speaker? cuz the speaker i can use like direct 6 channel n stuff. And also during the game when i hear something in front of me. my front left speaker n center works den stops n like 2sec later its my front right n center.
