Creative drivers never worked with my Audigy 1 on windows xp

when i bult my new comp and tried instaling the creative drivers it kept saying 'device not found' etc. This thing was kind of unfixable (all over creative support forums), support refused to help me etc.

I used kxdrivers for a while and they work fine.

I want to upgrade to Windows X64 , but I know that the kxdrivers will NOT work on x64.

Yes I can use the YOUP (which are based on creative), or hte creative drivers themselves.... now, is there a chance that the YOUP/Creative would recognize my comp becuase its a different OS? =/
