Taking a flash animation off a website

Is it possible to take an flash animation off a website and convert it into a format that i can edit in premier? here's the exact animation i want: www.ebaumsworld.com/flash/numanuma.html

First you have to download it:
(ie)go to
tools>internet options>general>(temporary internet files) delete files.

-until here you have cleaned your temp.int.files it will be easier for you to find the flash file(*.swf) if you are not cleaning the temps frequently.
then repeat
tools>internet options>general>(temporary internet files)>settings>view files>opens the temp internet files folder.
copy and paste the swf file in another folder.

(firefox)
tasks>page info>media> select the swf file from the list below and click save.

After you've saved it you can import it in a video editing suite drop it in the time line and export it in a diferent format *.avi, *.mpeg etc. I don't know about premiere pro but Sony Vegas is doing the job fine for me as it imports swf files on the fly.

I can't seem to find the *.swf file in the temporary internet files folder..

you need a flash decompiler...there's a very good one called "SoThink"
