How do I mount a SUB file?

Can anyone tell me how to mount a sub file onto a DVD/VCD? I'd really appreciate it, thanks.

you mean burn? or a sub OF a dvd/vcd

either way it's a clonecd format, mount with that or alcohol120% maybe (or divx subtitle but yours isnt 5kb now is it)
