Free Encoder/Decoder Compatible With All Sound Cards

Hey guys, i just now stumbled upon this, it seems to be the audio decoder and encoder that allof the DVD Plugins use (CinemaNow and Blablabla) i thought i should share it with all of you who are trying to get true surround sound, since i just got it, im very lost right now, but im working on making this work, so if you figured out how to get this to work, post up, i know i will
