I'm using the latest Divx and playing through some divx video files but when I use WMP11 and set it on High-Quality - the entire color looks like a rainbow and blocking... Switching to Overlay fixes the issue, but I want this run on High-Quality in WMP11... I have a Geforce 7900GT btw...

The release version of WMP11 seems to have some issues with High quality mode, that were problem free during WMP11 betas. But it could possibly be solved with a future graphics driver update rather than an update of the player.

Uninstall any codec packs you have installed. Install FFDShow and use Media Player Classic, or KMPLayer, or MPlayer w/ RulesPlayer (MPlayer ported to Windows).
