Media Coder + Lossless WMA files

I've got a bunch of Lossless WMA files that I want to convert to FLAC (without ripping off of CDs). The problem is, using Media Coder's latest version, all I get is the file names properly moved over but none of the tags for the song (genre, artist and album)! Anyone know of a way to make that work, another program to batch convert a big folder full of subfolders full of WMA's, or am I stuck converting them then manually tagging them
